Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the APX HOOPS Basketball IQ Portal ("the Service"), operated by APX HOOPS ("we," "us," or "our"). By joining the waitlist, subscribing, or accessing the portal, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
APX HOOPS is a subscription-based Basketball IQ education program. The Service includes weekly video modules, live Sunday sessions via Zoom, session replays, written homework with feedback (Premium tier), mailbag Q&A, IQ score tracking, and community access.
Features available to you depend on your subscription tier (Standard or Premium). Feature availability, pricing, and session schedules are subject to change with reasonable notice.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Current pricing:
- Standard: $15.00/month
- Premium: $50.00/month
Waitlist members who join before launch are eligible for 50% off their first month as a one-time promotion. This discount is applied at checkout and is non-transferable.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
If you experience a billing error, contact us at support@apxhoops.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login with others. Each subscription is for one individual member. Sharing access constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination without refund.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All session recordings, written materials, homework assignments, feedback, and curriculum content are the intellectual property of APX HOOPS. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any portal content without express written permission.
Homework submissions and questions you submit remain yours, but by submitting them you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them (anonymized where appropriate) to improve the program and for illustrative content.
6. Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully in all community spaces (Discord, live sessions, mailbag). We reserve the right to remove members who are disruptive, abusive, or violate the spirit of the community without refund.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided for educational purposes only. APX HOOPS makes no guarantees about specific outcomes — athletic, academic, professional, or otherwise — resulting from participation in the program. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APX HOOPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll notify active members via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
